We walk with dogs because we love to walk with dogs

We are a married (33 years) couple who have chosen to walk with and learn from dogs, because we can’t imagine a better way to spend our time – and have worked hard to achieve this privilege.

It’s a continuation of over 25 years of large and small animal husbandry that we’ve worked hard to have as a main focus in our lives.  We are at a stage in life where we can have the great enjoyment and satisfaction of walking with dogs without the concern of trying to get as many walks in as possible with the largest groups possible.

  • It means we aren’t rushing through walks to get to the next group.

  • It means your dog is going to receive the attention and care that they should be

    receiving.

  • And you are getting the service you are entitled to.

Wendy grew up with dogs and at home cares for three Senegal parrots in addition to working as a supervisor (great organizational skills!) for the government.

She spends her free time painting landscapes and pet portraits in pastel and oil.

Robin is a sought after journalist and author and has spent the last 25 years of his spare time riding and caring for horses, including for the past 15 years his own Peruvian, Razado (who is now 33 and demands Robin’s undying devotion).

We take animal husbandry seriously, hence we’re sticklers for safety. We have been trained in canine first-aid, a designation that is renewed yearly, and have taken dog behaviour as well as positive reinforcement courses.

Why us?: Why us?
